5. Freight Availability

TorzFreight does not guarantee the availability of any load, particular lane, commodity, customer, broker, rate, or freight opportunity.

Load information may change after it is submitted, reviewed, displayed, or communicated.

A displayed load opportunity may already have been covered, modified, canceled, rescheduled, or otherwise become unavailable.

6. Load Assistance

Torz Freight may allow carriers and owner-operators to request assistance locating freight opportunities.

Submitting a load-help request does not guarantee:

• That freight will be located
• That a particular lane will be available
• That a requested rate will be available
• That a broker or shipper will approve the carrier
• That a load will be booked
• That the carrier will earn a particular amount

7. Dispatch Services

Torz Freight may provide dispatch assistance to qualifying carriers and owner-operators.

Dispatch assistance may include load searching, broker communication, rate negotiation assistance, trip coordination, and related administrative support.

Torz Freight does not guarantee any particular rate, number of loads, gross revenue, net income, lane availability, customer relationship, or business result.

Specific dispatch-service obligations may be governed by a separate agreement between Torz Freight and the carrier.
